Perfect for preparing your home to go on the market. Up to 90 minutes evaluating the home with the seller and/or listing agent. Suggestions for making the home Photo-Ready including decluttering, furniture arrangement for photos, and suggestions for purchasing new items for your next home. Followed up with a written report. Referral to Home Staging services if needed.
Home Styling Appointment $360
A three hour appointment to rearrange furniture (with owner or hired help), re-hang artwork, suggestions for homeowner purchases and items to pack and store. Budget help for new purchases and a follow-up installation may be scheduled.
New Homeowner Consultation $185 or $360
Helping the new homeowner arrange furniture, artwork, accessorize and build/budget a future purchase list. Follow-up installation may be scheduled. The perfect Housewarming gift!
