Real Estate Pre-listing Consultation $195
Perfect for preparing your home to go on the market. Up to 90 minutes evaluating the home with the seller and/or listing agent. Suggestions for making the home Photo-Ready including decluttering, furniture arrangement for photos, and suggestions for purchasing new items for your next home. Referral to Home Staging services if needed.
Combination Pre-listing and Photo Styling $245
Up to 90 minutes evaluating the home with the seller and/or listing agent. Suggestions for making the home Photo-Ready includes furniture arranging if possible, and re-hanging artwork. Followed up with a written report. Referral to Home Staging services, cleaners, estate services, etc. as needed.
Home Styling Appointment $375
A three hour appointment to rearrange furniture (with owner or hired help), re-hang artwork, suggestions for homeowner purchases and items to pack and store. Budget help for new purchases and a follow-up installation may be scheduled.
New Homeowner Consultation $195 or $375
Helping the new homeowner arrange furniture, artwork, accessorize and build/budget a future purchase list. Follow-up installation may be scheduled. The perfect Housewarming gift!
Downsizing and Decluttering Consultation $195
For the homeowner who is ready to downsize! Up to 90 minutes evaluating the home with the homeowner. Suggestions for decluttering, stylistic choices for furniture to keep and suggestions for purchasing new items for your next home.
